Peak Honda is Definitely not at a Peak level of service
I recently brought my mower in for service and wasn't impressed with any part of my experience. I had never been in before, but had received a coupon in the mail and decided to let them service my Honda mower. I called the dealership about seven times both before I went in and then after the service was completed. Why did I call so much? Because they don't answer the phone much. They only answered the phone twice of those seven times. That was pretty annoying. When I came in, I felt like I was bothering the staff. I was asked what model the mower was and didn't know. I actually didn't know where the model information was. It would have been nice if they had just walked out with me, looked at the mower and gotten what they needed. When I picked the mower up, they didn't offer to help me load it in my vehicle. Yeah, a lawnmower isn't incredibly heavy, but it's pretty awkward for one person. I would have definitely taken the offer had it been made. Finally, I was overcharged for the service. The coupon included oil in the price and yet I was charged $9 extra for oil. I just paid and left without reading through the service ticket and receipt. After I got home and realized the mistake, I went back for that $9 because I just didn't feel like giving they anything extra. When I went back in, it was a different person who performed the charge back. However, the original associate who had made the mistake came over to assist and didn't bother saying they were sorry. I was certainly sorry for my mistake to go to peak honda.
